Spa Etiquette: The members of our staff have dedicated their lives to promote the well being of others. We want each guest to go home satisfied, we ask that these few, but important rules of Spa Etiquette be used:
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you transition from the hectic pace of the outside world and ensure that your treatment is started on time.
Late Arrival: to avoid disappointment, please be on time. Late arrival will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable charges.
Discomfort or Dissatisfaction: Please let your service provider know immediately if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Our goal is for your experience to be positive. Corrections can only be made if we are aware of the problem at the time of service.
Cellphones: For the consideration of all guests, please turn off all cell phones while you are in the spa.
Age Requirement: For your enjoyment and in consideration of other guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa, unless they are receiving services themselves.
Gift Certificate: Give the gift that is sure to bring relaxation. Gift certificates are redeemable for products and service up to the dollar value indicated. They are non-refundable, fully transferable and never expire! Gift certificates are like cash, if lost, they cannot be replaced.
Cancellation, and ‘No Show’ Policy: When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments, prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that therapists and trainers only get paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rate occasions.
Missed appointment fees are not to be direct billed. We can give you a receipt for the service you have late cancelled or missed that you are welcome to submit to your insurance provider.
Medical concerns: Our treatments are not meant to replace treatments received by any medical professionals. If you have questions or concerns about a medical conditions you have, please seek medical advice before booking your service.
