We appreciate that time is of the essence so we rarely keep you waiting. In order to provide this level of service please respect your appointment time.

A credit card or a deposit is required when making all appointments. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies if we cannot fill your spot.

When preparing for your treatment please ensure that the chosen area is hygienically prepared prior to your visit. This is most important especially when having the Brazilian bikini wax so as to avoid any infection and out of respect for your therapist. Sanitation is provided in treatment rooms.

Gratuity is left to your discretion. It is greatly appreciated but never expected.
