Terms and Agreement
I understand that there is a 6 month commitment required for Mani/Pedi, Brazilian and Sugaring memberships and a 12 month commitment for Facial and Massage memberships.
If the 6 month Mani/Pedi, Brazilian, Tanning and Sugaring commitment is broken, I understand that there is a $50 cancellation fee. If the 12 month Facial and or Massage commitment is broken, I understand that there is a $100 cancellation fee.
I understand that memberships may only be used at the selected location.
